How long does a link last?
You choose: from one hour up to the limit of your plan. After that the link stops working and the file is deleted.
Can I cancel a link before it expires?
Yes. Sign in, open your transfers and revoke the link. The file is removed immediately.
Do recipients need an account?
No. They open the link and download. A passcode is only requested if you set one.
What is the maximum file size?
2 GB on Free and 20 GB on Pro. Larger transfers can be split into several links.
A download link says it is no longer available.
It has expired, reached its download limit or was revoked by the sender. Ask the sender for a new link.
